Donjek winter trip in 2006. It snowed all day and the temperature was well below freezing. And we still were able to work.

Donjek fall trip in 2006. Getting ready for working through the winter.

Pogo Mine: Mixer trucks are used to feed the pump truck which will extend it’s arm (boom) to the area that needs to be poured.

The pump truck has a boom the extends as far as 33 meters and can pour concrete into some places that are normally unreachable.
